About me

I have been a pelvic health physiotherapist for over 15 years. I am passionate about how the human body works, about prevention and rehabilitation aimed at optimizing everyone's quality of life!

I received my Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University in 2007 and my PhD in Rehabilitation Science from Queens University in 2019.

I am trained in the prevention and treatment of numerous health conditions, including pregnancy and childbirth-related problems, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic and genital pain, pain during sex, and colorectal problems (ex. incontinence, constipation).

I offer individualized physiotherapy services and various workshops on pelvic health.

I have an inclusive and empathetic therapeutic approach that aims to place the person at the center of their rehabilitation. I work with people of all sexes and genders.

My primary interest is to help you connect or reconnect with your body to maintain optimal pelvic health throughout your life!

I look forward to meeting and supporting you on your journey towards better health!
